- From 3 August, customers may place advance orders for the official merchandise of Alan Tam “Unforgettable” World Tour Concert via the online platform. All purchased items shall be collected at the designated pop-up store only. No delivery or alternative collection arrangements will be provided.
- Customers must present a valid order confirmation (either electronic or printed copy) together with a valid identification document for verification purposes within the designated collection period.
