Terms and Conditions:
- From 3 August, customers may place advance orders for the official merchandise of Alan Tam “Unforgettable” World Tour Concert via the online platform. All purchased items shall be collected at the designated Avenue of Stars pop-up store or Hong Kong Coliseum only (Pick-up date & address details as below) . No delivery or alternative collection arrangements will be provided.
- Customers must present a valid order confirmation (either electronic or printed copy) together with a valid identification document for verification purposes within the designated collection period. All items shall be subject to on-site verification and must be duly acknowledged by the customer’s signature upon collection. Upon completion of such acknowledgment, the order shall be deemed duly fulfilled and collected. The Company shall not accept any claims of non-receipt, loss, or discrepancy thereafter.
- Each order shall be eligible for collection once only. Any request for third-party collection must be submitted to and approved by the Company in advance, with all required authorization documents provided. The Company reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized collection.
- Any order not collected within the specified period shall be deemed forfeited. The Company reserves the right to cancel such orders without refund or compensation. All confirmed orders shall be final and binding, and shall not be amended, cancelled, or refunded, except in cases of proven product defects.
- In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision, which shall be binding on all parties.
- All products are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Meow Star reserves the right of final decision.
